I consent to The Clothing Loft using their discretion in choosing which items to sell and at which price to sell them.

If there are any items The Clothing Loft decides not to sell they will be returned or donated, as indicated on my account, without going for sale on the floor.

For any accepted items that go for sale on the floor, I agree to receive 40% of the sale of any sold items.I understand that if any items do not sell in 60 days they may be discounted or donated to charity if not collected in the specified time frame.
