What to Bring and When
Ready to curate your style? Bring us your gently worn women's clothing and accessories. We're on the lookout for trendy, timeless, and top-notch items to join our collection. Help us keep the fashion circle spinning and your closet refreshed. Let's make your pre-loved pieces a part of someone else's fashion journey!
Spring Clothes: February - March
Summer Clothes: April - July
Autumn Clothes: August - September
Winter Clothes: October - January
Formal Wear: February - Early May
Accessories & Purses: Year-round
Dropping Off
Bring up to 20 items that are in good condition, freshly laundered and folded neatly in a bag anytime we’re open. Items that sell best are better brand names purchased within the last 3 years.
Bring your bag to the store. Any items we don't accept or are unsold, we will donated on your behalf, or if you prefer any items that aren't accepted returned to you, our staff will sort it on the spot for you and give you back any items.
If you want any unsold returned, come back after 60 days to collect your unsold items!
Payouts and Returns
Payouts: We typically price items at around 30% of retail cost depending on demand and condition. If your item sells you will receive 40% of the sale. Anytime you want to to check on your account just stop in, give us a ring or shoot us an email. You can collect your payout at anytime by cash, e-transfer, or use it as store credit to buy more goodies (our personal favourite)!
Returns: Purchase an item that didn’t work? No matter what the reason you can have a full 14-day refund.
