How It Works
Bring in your items. We will select the pieces that are the best fit for the shop, prepare them for sale, and add your share of each sale to your consignor account.
What to Bring and When
We accept gently worn women’s clothing, footwear, purses, and accessories. Items should be clean, current, and in excellent condition. Better-known brands and styles purchased within the last three years generally sell best.
Spring clothing: February through March
Summer clothing: April through July
Autumn clothing: August through September
Winter clothing: October through January
Formal wear: February through early May
Accessories and purses: Accepted year-round
Dropping Off
Bring up to 20 freshly laundered items, folded neatly in a bag, anytime during regular store hours.
When you arrive, let us know whether you would like unaccepted items returned. If so, our staff will sort your items while you are in the store and return anything we cannot accept. Otherwise, items we do not accept will be donated on your behalf.
If you would like any unsold items returned, please come back after the 60-day consignment period to collect them.
Payouts and Returns
Payouts: We typically price items at approximately 30% of their original retail price, depending on brand, demand, condition, and style. When an item sells, you receive 40% of the selling price.
You can check your account balance by visiting the store, calling us, emailing us, or signing in to your consignor account. Payouts may be collected as cash or e-transfer, or used as store credit toward your next find.
Returns: If a purchase does not work for you, we currently offer a full refund within seven days. Please review our Return Policy for complete eligibility and timing details.
