The Clothing Loft ships online orders within Canada and offers free pickup from our Listowel store.

Shipping Within Canada

Available shipping options and charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Shipping rates vary according to the order and delivery destination.

We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.

Order Preparation

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible. You will receive an email when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup. If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Estimates

Any estimated delivery timing shown at checkout or in a shipping confirmation is provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, address issues or other carrier delays.

Please confirm that your delivery name and address are complete and accurate before placing your order. Problems With a Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or appears to be missing, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.
